That colour is amazing. It looks like a lighter/darker version of Navarra (I can’t decide if it’s lighter or darker but it is similar).
I just can’t bring myself to add £2,400 to my order for some paint!
And I say that because I’ve specced everything else pretty much so it’s already at 54k (not including carbon stuff). Otherwise I would.

New member here....This is very cool, do other car companies offer this? Does this work for shipping to Vancouver, BC, Canada? Have any forum members from Vancouver done this?
It’s deifnitely lighter than Navarra, but it’s the happy medium between Navarra and Ara I’d say. It’s not far off of Sepang, just a purple tint.
It is gorgeous, can’t wait to get some decent photos of it once it’s cleaned. Absolutely in love, I own an RS3!!! Wow.
Now, time to phone the insurance company while looking at the photos of it

This is an interesting video of Audi blue colour options.. Racing Mica is very similar to BMW San Marino Blue which is the top right... That hint of purple will pop very nice in the sun!

I was going to say between Sepang and Navarra, but it’s very comparable to it so I went from one extreme to another haha.
Funnily enough, there is a 4-Series in San Marino Blue local to me. For years I’ve been looking at it wishing I could have an Audi in that colour, then I discovered Racing Blue and it is so similar in the way it pops in the sunlight and with its purple tint like you said.
Those are the Navarra images that made my decision back in July.
Great choice Imo the darker the blue is the more it is suited to the aluminium pack brings out the colour and lines with the contrast.. alu pack with navarra and alu pack with racing mica is definitely a good combination..

I saw a photo of Racing Blue with the Black Pack last week and started to get nervous haha. But having seen it today, it is a great contrast and once the covers are off the Lunar Silver Supersports it will be even better.
I think I will actually, I managed to drop off pretty quickly last night too although I knew I was seeing it... late nights, sleep easier haha!
It's quite strange going tomorrow to have the cover pulled off, all paperwork is signed.. I've already had the keys to move it. If I was driving it away it would be a different matter, but it's just a case of pulling the cover off and loading onto a transporter. My Mum is coming up tomorrow, her seal of approval is the biggest thing
After all her doubts on the colour up until now, I am nervous haha.. but she said "That is amazing", having seen photos. Once the car has had its PPF, I will write a comprehensive thread that will no doubt be extremely picture heavy. I'm lucky enough to be getting an insight into the process by way of photos, so I will publish all of that.
I was lucky enough today to have a ride in it when fuel went in and the car had its PDI. Again, Worcester Audi have been absolutely exceptional in cresting a true VIP experience for an incredible picky/nervous customer like myself.

You can get San Marino blue on any Audi mate, it's a Porsche colour from way back, been seeing a good few San Marino BMWs lately all on 3 series cars, mica is class Marino blue is a bit too burple in my opinion, you've made a good choice
Looks fantastic. Audi really should have been offering a few more colour options for the RS imo. Anyway, mine has updated to code 30 today - off to Emden. Clearly the factory is a bit quieter this time of year.

Generally speaking, the darker the blue the better for me. Always liked Blu Le Mans from Ferrari.
I also had one of those 200 Coupe Turbo Tomcats back in 1993 in Pearlescent Tahiti Blue - loved it.

That's a lovely car, quite like navarra in some light but totally different in other.
This maybe a daft question but why do they need to test drive it ? BTW, enjoy the free tank of fuel ! we should have bets on how many miles until the next fuel stop

Colleague: What? That's the 17th time today and 128th time this week!
Dealer: Yeah, just 10 minutes ago he called to ask if we can install one-way mirrors on the INSIDE of the car so he can look at himself driving.
Later On:
Colleague: I don't believe it - that welsh lad is only following the transporter.
Dealer: *** - Tell the driver to go to Newcastle. That'll feck him up.
