Hi, I think I have the AMI with the B & O system, but there is no aux or ipod connectivity, even in the glovebox there is no AMI plug. Is there any cheap way I can add aux? Thanks

Have you looked under the armrest there maybe an aux in there, my last one had one there, in my glove box I have the 13 pin box with a tray for an iPod to sit on, and after reading a thread on here I bought a tune2air device it's the best mod I've bought so far,

Thanks for the reply, yes I looked in the armrest, there is a place for the aux but it's covered. I think the original owner added the light pack to the options.
The reason I wanted aux was to use my phone, is there any way to get aux retrofit?
I've 16gb Audi class 10 sd card that works fine bud.OhYes I currently use the SD card only up to 4gb

Yeah that will work with your car. You have to get it coded with vcds after installing tho. Have you got Vcds or is there anyone on Vcds map near you?

You can add aux but if you really want SDHC you can get SVMB856A001 done on your headunit which will fix various issues and give you SDHC capability.
Your local dealer can do it at a charge of 1 hour labour, usually anywhere from £80-110 depending on area or any VAG independent with Odis can carry it out for significantly less.

If you have proper VCDS which is compatible with the 8K, yes.

Bluetooth isn't standard on most models. PDC will only display if you have a compatible PDC controller which needs activated with VCDS and only if it's a genuine system.

If it says no telephone installed then it means just that.
Are your rear sensors flush to the bumper? If they are then theres a better chance of them being OE. You can also check the data sticker in your spare wheel well or inside of the front service book for 7X1 (rear pdc), 7X2 (rear / front pdc)
If you see 7X0 then no OE pdc
