Evening guys, so toady it looks like my battery is coming to an end of its life! So here i am to ask you guys what is the biggest and most powerful battery that i can fit in my b6 avant? I have a large soundsystem too.

Ordered 1 day came the next and it works a treat ,ive had the roof up and down so many times ive lost count and never bothered having the engine running , also had lights on a lot to cure faults and still this battery has loads of power.

Not that bad though considering the genuine replacement for your car from Audi is about £145. I got genuine from TPS and managed to work them down to about £84 +vat.

Try YUASA, from EuroCarParts, they're generally quite well regarded for their batteries - I think they typically come from making motorbike batteries but now supply a decent range of car batteries too. iirc they were in the region of around £50 + vat (give or take). Give ECP a tinkle and see what they can do for you...

5 year guarantee too!
 
Paid more than i wanted, got one from kwik fit for 129.50 fitted with lifetime warranty. Halfords wanted 139.99 for the yuasa plus 20 for fitting and audi wanted 150 for one fitted ( with free vallet)/paint destructioN. Haha
