Iphone Handsfree - Help

Hey, I've got a iPhone 5/5s Handsfree charger that's place within the arm rest.

When I connected it, it just slotted in no hassle. But how do you remove it again??

It won't just pull of and can't find any button, latches etc that will release it.

Any help will be much appreciated
 
According to the leaflet that came with the adapter, for centre console:

Pull the bottom part of the mobile telephone adapter upwards out of the locked position.

Also, would like to add, if anyone is interested I will be selling my iPhone 5/5S adapter very soon.
