    ACC sensor fault - moved

Well, if I can get it working by making some small adjustments - it’ll save me a small fortune. It needs to go into the dealer for the pedestrian recall... so they’ll do it properly but if I can get rid of the fault in VCDS that’s what I want to achieve in this post...

    ACC sensor fault - moved

Basically the summary I was after... I wasn’t sure if I had read people moving it and it resetting - coming good. But the bigger part was the exclamation mark that’s appeared from being in VCDS...

    ACC sensor fault - moved

Hey all, long story short - new IC sensor is moved and now ACC won’t work. Is there a way to readjust it and reset it at home via VCDS? I went into the Vcds cleared codes ect- but then I went into module 13 and tried to reset the 4 options in there. Though I ended up getting this yellow...

Which turbo? Precision - Garrett - Xona - Borg Warner

There is only a handful of tuners around the world I'd trust with the question. Too many local tuners live in the bolt on - flash tune world. Others tuners ect have a big push for Hybrids TTE ect. Which I was a big fan of, but then looking at the compressor maps it's not enough of a change for...

Which turbo? Precision - Garrett - Xona - Borg Warner

I'm curious as to which turbo people would swing to - It's a very broad question but if you were aiming for 800-1000hp which would you go for? GTX3584RS Seems to be a good update. Xona 8267 Seems to be proven as well. The unknown seems to be Precision - they are huge in the GTR RB world but...

Sportback Audi RS3 FL 500HP+ project

500hp should be a breeze! It's a highly capable car! Best bet is to get a FMIC, HPFP. Downpipes are good stock ones aren't overly restrictive. From all my research the GTX Gen 2 turbo's leave all the TTE, Iroz turbos for dead. That's the way I'll be heading :)

    Water damaged key

I too was considering this or I damaged the other board. I don't really want to be pulling it on and off as I might damage the boards or chip. Unless I knew for certain it may work as I'm just experimenting at the moment.

    Water damaged key

It looks like the circuit is connected to it. They also used a heap of epoxy to hold it in place. I'm just baffled as to why it didn't work on the other key. yet it works on the board/key with no battery. Maybe makes me think I didn't have the right chip. The red dot is the one I took out...

    Water damaged key

Neither did I - I thought it was in the key blade. I'm not sure why it is soldered to anything as it has no power - I'm using it without a battery (on the water damaged key). No idea why the used key didn't like it (locked up the car). So I'm more confused then ever...

    Water damaged key

So - I've posted on the Ross Tech forums. The above is correct with out SKC we cant program the keys - and you can only do new keys at that. So here is where it gets interesting. I took the water damaged keys immobilisor chip (the long black rectangle) and soldered it on the used key and...
