Hi all as title im having issues with my brakes which i will try my best to describe.
With engine off if you pump the peddle it will stick down a few inch and you have to lift it back up.
With engine running it will return up but very slowly and make the brakes stay on for a few seconds after...

I definitely need to do cambelt and water pump not had it done in my 4 years of owning car. Then rear discs and pads and a ****** good clean as i'm now starting to get mucked up just opening a door.
Once over i would of done my own as i'm a/was a time served grease monkey(scaffolder now) but now my back hurts just bending over a car to change a filter. Also cars were easier to fix when i was on the tools.
What i have done in the past to pinpoint a noise on a engine is place the blade end of a long screwdriver on what ithink is causing the noise and stick my ear to the end of the handle old school but it works.
1) Some cars have a centrifugal clutch on the aircon pump which rattles when knackered.
2) Maybe blocked nozzle on washer or pipe has come off nozzle.
3)When mine packed up it was my clutch switch that failed.

Seems i was wrong i knew the s3 had it as i used to have one but didn't realise that samsung took the feature away on s4.
Could you not use the usb on the back of the stereo instead.
Other than that im out of ideas good luck in getting it resolved.
It should work with the s4 as it has screen mirroring. Did you leave them connected for 60seconds so they could pair then tick screen mirroring?
Have you considered it may be a faulty cable?
