Sounds similar to the problem we had with our 2017 Audi A3 1.4L petrol a month ago when it would not starts and on opening the bonnet petrol was observed running down the engine. Problem was caused by a leaking injector seal (seals on all 4 injectors were replaced).

Thanks SJW, what is recorded on our V5C is in line with what is recorded on your V5C so it must just be a problem that the insurance company are having in either identifying the vehicle as a Sportback or a 5 door model.
