Hello everyone and
Hey, I've got 2014 a6 c7 3.0 bitdi with ZF 8HP55 HIS gearbox. It is HIS, because we've got start/stop system. And I think I have a very similar problem to yours, @
blackjakle, I think it slips each time when going slowly 0-50 km/h from a green traffic light. Basically 2-3-4 gears. But 4-5 gear switches more adequate.
Got no chip or anything tuned, all stock.
Visited Audi service few months back, they said they noticed something and updated the gearbox's software.
I can't say I noticed any much of difference.
Replaced oil later, 2 times - 1st time as a partial change with ZF original oil, 2nd time by a machine change with VAG original oil.
After oil change, noticed that during colder months even after 5 min warming up, when switching from P to D, it kicks 1-2 seconds later.
Went to ZF service, they said all indicators are good, you can drive. In order to determine the problem, they would need to take car for 2 weeks, get mechatronic off, send it somewhere for testing and repair if needed. Sounds pretty boring.
I think it's also kinda slow, when in "AUTO" mode and push accelerator fast, it lags too much for me, I think it takes around 2 seconds to switch to a lower gear(s).
Can we do anything about it without disassembling the gearbox?
