how to post a question

When I try and post it asks me to add a participant name, but I want to ask the question to everyone....am I missing something?

I went to a previous post and clicked start a new conversation.

Go to the section you want to ask your question in. Start a thread. To start a new post. Give it a title, question in the large box, then post.
