Haha I know, ball ache! You can put in a parts request on the forum or do it the old fashioned way and drive to a parts department lol

Managed to sort some wheel nut caps. Also had the secondary cats off the car this morning, and all I can say is, Wow! Sounds absolutely awesome. Main thing it has changed is the pops and bangs on overrun and the upshift cracks are absolutely lethal! Works perfectly now with the valve controller as you can’t even tell it’s been done when it’s closed. Literally cannot get better than a PCW modded system with the secondary cats out. It sounds exactly like the Supersprint system, if not better. Even if that is me being a little biased.
The only down side to everything is that my car has got to go back to the company that repaired it today. The lights haven’t been coded correctly and the auto-levelling isn’t working correctly. They dip and only come up so far when turning the car on. I just hope it’ll be sorted quickly and that they won’t have the car for an age like they did last time!
Yeah sounds better than a local RS3 which lives around the corner from me. I don’t have any videos as I don’t know how to upload them haha! Yeah can’t fault you chap, he’s a genius. Literally no point in even going for aftermarket with what he can do to a standard system.Sounds awesome mate, any vid to post?
My M40i goes for PCW Mod 21/12- Merry Xmas me
Started my RS up next to my new van yesterday, The sound set my van alarm off.
Is the RSQ3 the same engine as the 8P RS3 or the 8V RS3?
So what would you say is the definitive answer haha?So much is the same now as 'before' even has 5-cylinders, lol. Block material and/or 'hollow crank' and/or 'map' may be different, ish, but what else? Oh yes, a cam box and air inlet box, lol. BHP and Torque curve may me different but some (me) would say that the earlier 'curve' more suitable for everyday UK driving. Still got my/our 2011 8P RS3 version and still no reason to change - other than our 2016 SQ5 gets way more use...
The 8V reference is the chassis by the way and even that's not soooo different from the 8P that 99% of drivers I've sat alongside driving enthusiastically on UK roads could tell anyway, lol Respect...

I like the look of the new RSQ3 - however the 'old' Performance model with 367PS is a tad quicker than the new model with 400PS and more torque - not exactly a compelling argument for change.
It is strange, I'm 62 now and have relentlessly pursued the latest and greatest in cars for many years (crazy in retrospect) but find the current RSQ3 ticks all the boxes - bonkers rapid, fun to drive, easy to live with, fabulous BOSE sound system awesome LED lights, quiet when required (Comfort mode in DS closes the exhaust valve), understated - just about perfect.
The next steed will be an EV - the rate that new EVs come to market and get sold out a year in advance is staggering...the latest being the Ford Mustang E vehicle - feels like VAG are waaay behind the curve....crikey here in UK there is a waiting list for the Hyundai Kona Electric.....a wretched Hyundai!!!
Yeah, had the same letter a fair few weeks back now. Already been in and had it done I have.Ive had a letter from Audi UK, Action Required Technical Measure :97DK - Software update for body control module, Anyone else ??
extolled the virtues of Tumeric-Plus - definitely helps!

It’s just a software update isn’t it? That’s what mine was. They said they’d only need it for an hour or so. I had it done when the work was carried out on my car after he accident.Got mine 17th October , But posted to a house I rent out , And just got it today, How long does it take,

So definitely can’t be done by vcds or anything alike? You will need an Audi dealer or decent independent Sam - some body repair businesses don't have access to the Audi training content. You may have to get a quote and then ask the bodyshop if they will pay.
