Water Meth 2.0 TFSI

Has anyone got a water meth kit installed on their car? Been hearing lots of good things about engine longevity and power gains, but struggling to find a company who will do it for my car!

Is it as good as its cracked up to be?

its good, alot depends how you choose to run it and your current state of tune. theres always a trade off as with everything, performance, efficency, safety, fuel usage.

I'm selling a brand new D-O kit, same as Sygh2k is using.

Something to note which i should of added is the cost of fluid, currently i pay about £40 to make 50litres 50/50 mix myself. That can last me anything between 2-4 months depending how heavy footed i am.

locally I can get a 205L drum for £110, methanol is cheap if you go to wholesalers.

Some people worry about storing it but It’s of no more concern than petrol or gas bottles really

Did you remap for it, are you just experiencing good gains from installing the kit itself?

Currently on revo 2+, you can definetly tell the difference with it on to off. For me it smooths everything and pulls a bit harder, i still havent got my uprated smic in yet so havent pushed it, but im expecting to be able to tweak my revo for more when i get sorted as i have the sps gadget
