Thanks for the reply pal.. would you say it’s worth forming out for the intercooler and downpipe or isit similar power just a stage1 map

From two known PFL cars with IC and map, 440hp 650Nm and 445hp 675Nm, these also had a HPFP.

With the down pipe, you "should" see, as said above, 450-460 hp. Depends on your car though, some may get a little more and some do not get above 440, seems to be a ceiling on some cars.
Also depends on the tuning company of course.

Mines fitted with Revo Intake, Wagner I/C, Miltek Down pipe with H/Flow Cat, Secondary de-cat , Audi sports exhaust and Revo Stage 2.
No rolling road set up but was told should be 460.
It certainly punches you in the back when it get up to 4K rpm.

I'm going to take it to MRC for them to give it a roll on the road and see if it needs a tweek

Crazy that you’ve got to do all that work on a PFL to not even achieve the figures from a simple map on an FL.

Out of interest, anyone know what it is that bumps up the stock hp on the FL?

The larger turbo (and a few other improvements like extra injectors and more advanced control on valve timing) on the FL car provides much better scope for tuning. Oh, and the new engine just loves some high octane fuel.

Will the downpipe bring on the EML light? And does it need mapping in
