Thanks for the input. Looking at exactly what's covered by each level, it looks like a bit of a con to me.
For example, the maintenance option says it covers "Other oils and fluids required within the service schedule". So despite those being required as part of regular servicing, they're not covered by the service part of the plan? It also says it covers brake repairs, cooling system repairs, engine repairs, electrical system and so forth. All of those would fall under the warranty if they went wrong in the first few years anyway.
So the service only option doesn't actually cover everything required during servicing and maintenance seems to include things which would be covered by warranty anyway.
