Gear box oil

As the title says guys. What is the recommended gear box oil for a 1999 A3 1.8T Sport? Also anyone know how much the 5 speed manual box holds?
Gearbox becoming sticky when cold, so wanna change the oil.

Just look up your model here http://www.opieoils.co.uk/product-finder/car/oil-filter-service-packs/product-finder-2.aspx And you should find some suitable oils.
