M7 Nov 03 2.5TDi Q Sport Avant is due its "3rd service" at 35K miles....

Preston Audi have quoted me £280.00 for the following :

  • MOT (which it does not need as it was done by Preston Audi in November 2007) so I am getting a free MOT "voucher"
  • Brake Fluid Change
  • 35,000 mile service
Need to get serviced at Main Dealer as my Audi Warranty runs out beginning of April....

What do u all reckon on price ?

Will probably revert to Volkservice in Blackpool if anything needs doing from now on as the £95 per hour labour rate at Preston Audi is a bit steep .......and relying on the AA Breakdown cover for anything "major" that may go wrong:

You don't need to have it serviced at a dealer just to kep your warranty intact. As long as you get it serviced with genuine audi parts, you can have it serviced at volkservice now.

Saying that tho, £280 for the sevice, brakefluid change and a MOT voucher does seem reasonable.

Give Stafford Audi a ring mate i got my 1.8T s-line booked in and got a price of 235 for a forth service which is a full variable/longlife service which includes oil, spark plugs and filters, there on e-bay with a few offers too
