Good value service?

I guys, I recently got myself an Avant 3.0 V6 and it's about due a service - 88k now, last one was 78k

It would appear I need a full service and have been quoted £350 all in, including an MOT.

Does that sound reasonable to you?

I just had full service including timing belt and water pump for £400 but on a 1.8t

It's a local garage near me, mainly ex Audi mechanics doing it on their own now. Their work has been recommended but I wanted to feel out the cost.
