Buzzing noise in the boot when car in reverse

I have a strange issue. When the car is put in reverse there is a buzzing noise coming from the right side of the rear boot where the fuses are kept. Anyone had this issue before or know where the noise is coming from?

It's not the rear wiper trying to work is it? Some have the option for rear wiper when raining and put into reverse. If your wiper is broken like most of them then it could be that trying to work or the electrics at least? Does the rear wiper work normally?

I don’t have a rear wiper on my Audi.

If your car is pre facelift I believe the parking module is in that location. More details and pictures always help with these types of question.
