Halogen to LED Tail Light Adapter Loom

Currently watching on eBay for PFL LED Tail Lights to replace my halogen ones.

I understand I will need some adapter wiring looms, where can I purchase these adapter loom wirings ?

Can i still also add the semi dynamic turn signal adapters too ?

I have harness for this on sale on ebay.
The adaptor for semi dynamic indicator should still work but with my adapter harness + module for semi dynamic You might struggle to fit it all in for the outer light section as not much space behind the light..
I can do you slightly modified harness that will leave more space behind the light.
