Hi Guys

So i brought myself a Audi A3 2.0 TDI 140 bhp DSG 2003

It is so slow !!! and if you stamp on the throttle nothing happens at first and then slowly picks up

my friend put the car on Vag-com and it come up with a code p0401 EGR insufficient flow.

so i put it on the Rolling road and it made a very dissapointing 100 BHP 250 NM

So had a map done for it that turns the EGR software off and blanked it bit of boost and fuel
back on the rolling road it then made 130 bhp and 300NM and still has the worlds biggest flat spot

done another run with the MAF unplugged didnt go into limp mode but only made 110 bhp

so
starts perfect from cold

starts perfect when HOT

some times has a lumpy idle :/

worlds biggest flat spot when trying to drive away hot or cold from traffic lights

still very slow even with a remap

What do you guys think could be wrong ?

Thanks in Advance

John

Remapping an already broken car is just asking for more trouble in my opinion though mate. Get a factory map back there and find the cause of the engine being so lazy first and then remap unless you want a dead engine in no time.
