So I wanted a bit louder exhaust, therefore I decided to take apart my milltek exhaust and see what was inside.....
Top cut off:
Inside:
Inside again:
The stuff that was inside it, like feathers crossed with fibreglass, it was rammed with the stuff but took it out before I took a photo:
The section I cut out:
Having replaced it, I have decided it is not loud enough (hardly louder at all) so I will have it back off and remove some more.
The top is sealed with a metal plate currently screwed on over the hole but will be a piece of stainless either welded or riveted on when i'm happy with it.
any ideas for which part to cut out next would be appreciated thanks
