windscreen washers

my car is a 2001 model with twin heated jets. Does the newer models come with the fan type spray? wifes polo has them (not heated) and the spray pattern covers the window much better for cleaning. Would like to retro fit them to my A6 so ideally i'd like heated fan style.

If anyone has them on their car can they post year and variant please so I can go and annoy Audi parts
