What shade of silver for alloys?

Evening all, new tyres arrive tomorrow for the s3 and I'm going to refurb the alloys as well.

There standard 17inch avus wheels and the car is silver. They have had some poor attempt of a colour change before to a light anthracite colour but I'm thinking that I shall go back to silver to keep them looking 'fresh'

I've always sprayed alloys using vauxhall star silver in the past but never on silver cars so I don't know whether a bright silver will make the car look slightly dull in colour?

Anyone got got any other nice shades they've used or even another colour that I may not have considered? Pics would be awesome! Cheers

I personally like "power silver" it's a nice shade, google it and some wheels shod come up

RS_Bubba has just done his in the OEM Colour i believe, he maybe able to advise on what colour he used.
