hi what gains would i realisticly expect to achive (without anything going bang or putting undue stress on clutch turbo ect) from my 2.5 tdi 163! i have had my 1.9 130 tdi quattro remaped to 175 3 years ago and this car is now superb to drive and has had no problems coping with the extra power! but the 2.5 is a very different animal it has no turbo under 2k revs thus making it numb in high gear at low revs! would a quality remap sort this out? car is a 6 speed manual gearbox!

Realistic gains on 163 tdi is usually 190-200bhp and 400+ NM. or you could go less if you which but a good tuner can smooth the power out to go easy on your clutch! ;-).
