Hi Audi enthusiasts out there,
I've recently bought a used 2014 Audi A3 Automatic transmission with low km 65k. However after a day or two returning from a long trip [3 - 4 hour drive], I started hearing this weird noise from the engine. Link below
The weird sound can be heard when I started to accelerate from complete stop at traffic light or from parking spot, only in low RPM between 1000 - 1500. After that, the noise disappear until I encounter another traffic light. In the video attached, I've tried to locate the weird engine noise by using my driveway, driving front and back. In that video, the weird noise can be heard after shifting from reverse gear and drive up the driveway.
Interestingly, when I left the car overnight, the engine noise didn't appear up until mid day when I start to drive a lot.
Any idea where the issue might be?
