Weekend Road Trip

Completed a trip i had been wanting to do for some time now, taking in some excellent roads with a stopover in Portree.

It was a really good journey, planning on doing similar but taking in Applecross in a few months.

aye some cracking roads over there. been on a few runs with scottishscoobies.net to john o'groats, applecross and fort william a few times. always been great weather for it which makes the views even more spectacular. im hoping they let me on a couple of big runs to applecross and another one which will go from john o'groats across the top to durness, down to ullapool and applescorss then back to aberdeen (if they let an M3 tag along im sure a S3 will be allowed).

I'm looking to go back soon to pick up Applecross, one of the routes I looked at was via Ullapool etc
