VCDS user required in Plymouth for RSNav install

Hi all

I've recently bought an RS Nav for my 2009 A4 B8 but I didn't know it required VCDS or OBD Eleven to configure the audio. I've seen from the map there is a user in Plymouth but I don't know how to contact them.

My system is a stock Concert, 2G MMI with 3.5mm AUX in centre console, no CD changer or navigation.
