Hi,

should've checked before I bidded but currently have a B8 A4 (2009) non S-Line and wanted to make it look a little less pedestrian.

Have won some concave 18" alloys with a staggered setup:

Fronts are 8J
Rears are 9J

The previous owner had the following rubber on them:

225 40 18 front and
245 35 18 rear

I presume these will fit with no issue on mine - if I wanted to drop the car to make the most of the new alloys, reduce the gap and make it look a bit more purposeful, what is the lowest drop I can get away with and what would people suggest?

Apologies if these are basic questions.... had Audi's for many years but never gone beyond factory spec !!

Thanks

Jai

The rearsbmihht not fit, and I would put 255/35 front and 275/35 on rear.

Thanks. .... What makes you think they won't fit at the back?

And what is the reasoning for the sizes you've quoted? Better handling or looks?

To say wether they will fit or not is impossible without knowing the wheel offset.

Is your car Quattro or front wheel drive?

If you go 275/35 & 255/35 your rear setup will have a larger side wall
