Trunk won't open easy

The trunk bag of my audi a3 8l was hard to open, I needed two hands and I didn't always have them free.

Had trouble with my tailgate struggling to open...got some new struts...

Also looks like you had a bit of trouble with the 'soft pad' opening latch,they suffer from water corrosion...had to do one of mine...
