Timing belt

My timing belt snapped while driving home the other day..Didn't realise this though at the time..as car just cut out..managed to get it to a safe place rolling..but went to jump start it the day after..just thinking it was a battery fault or alternator..then all of a sudden it dropped all of its oil..a take it the engine is completely broken now down to my stupidity..any help would be grateful and any idea on how much it will cost to fix...it's a audi a3 tdi sport back on a 2004 plate..cheers

Time for a new car mate. Your engine is a gonner , replacing and firtting a new engine would be way too uneconomicial.

A thought that tbh..been offered £400 for it tnyt there...may as well get rid if they reply..cheers
