Throttle actuator fault code

hi all today the EML illuminated on my dash I plugged in to the car using Carista the code came back as throttle actuator fault.

Can anybody shed some light on this please?
I turned the light off and it re appeared is this something I should be desperately worrying about as in will the car go in to limp mode from this?

I’m blanking off the egr and removing cooler soon could the fault lie there?
