stereo not working

had to jump start the quattro at the weekend

now the stereo doesn't work anymore (standard)

could it have just blown a fuse?

where is the fusebox? lol i cant find it

Open drivers door and see panel at end of dash. Insert key into slot and turn there are 3 clips that hold it in place.

Most head units seem to have a fuse on the back of them as well so its worth checking that if the one in the fusebox is ok.

looks completely dead andy, no power at all

checked fuse box last night, all fine

couldn't get the stereo out tho!

The clips can be a pain. Use the right ones and go easy, it does come out. Striaght edge of the key on the outside.
