Q3 Start moving delay when releasing brakes

Hello all,

I have an Audi Q3 1.4TFSI COD, and the last days I noticed a weird behavior:
When I release the brakes (e.g. waiting a traffic light), the car needs 2-3 seconds to start moving. It starts immediately though, the delay is only for moving forward.
Any ideas?

I do have hill hold assist but it was off while testing this.

Rusty disks on the other hand, I do... I also hear this characteristic hissing sound while braking, so I guess that is the problem; makes sense anyway...
