Spark Plug/Coil Pack change

Hello everyone

just wondering if there is a tutorial for changing the spark plugs and coil pack? Had a quick look earlier and I'm not sure about disconnecting all the hoses etc to get to the coil pack.
my coil pack is the type that's bolted down

Just undo the hex bolts etc on the black metal frame that holds the hoses. Think there are 5 or 6 from memory. No need to undo hoses etc as they all lift out of the way once the frame is loose. Then, just unplug the coil packs and pull them out. You may need to carefully prise them up with a large flat head screwdriver if they're tight.
