soft top flashing

When I opened roof it stopped. I managed to open manually and secure .. Now when I try to close nothing happens at all just flashes on dash , doesn't do anything no noise no window movement nothing.. Where shall I start.. I did however read about battery so I ve charged it up as I did leave my phone on,, but still nothing just flashes at me

Try full manual open and close. Exactly what does the dash message say ?

Is your cab a B6 variant ? The DIS usually displays text for roof issues not symbols.

Do a manual reset and should sort it's self out and put a new battery on you need a good power source to make cab roofs work as they should

As previous posters have said just try a full manual open/close procedure as per manual, worked on mine If still having trouble speak to Khurrum of Vagpro based in Leicester, not seen a roof yet he can't fix for around £90.
