Now, my other question was does anyone sell a conversion kit? Or am I best sourcing the parts brand new from Audi?

It'd be cheaper to get the bits second hand off eBay, depends if you can be bothered scouring for the bargains. TBF, you don't actually need to buy much to do it.
My tip would be to go for the newer buttons, they look miles better than the older ones. Will take a pic of mine when I get home tonight.

need to be mindful of what year your car is and what heater matrix you have as well as that heater matrix wont work in a 2006 like mine
