Sat Nav System Update

Hi all, Just new to the forum. I just got an A1 1.4tfsi Black edition 2017 and wanted to update the Sat Nav with POI's etc. Purchased the Pocket GPS Cameras and downloaded the files, Converted them in POIbase and put them on an SD card. Put SD card in SD2 slot clicked on System Update -selected SD2 and it does not recognised and says no files found. Tried the same with a USB but no joy. Any ideas. Update : Emailed POIbase and they have said the files will not work for an A1 Sat Nav. Anyone got any ideas or has anyone done anything differently to get the POI's working for an A1 ?? Thanks
