S4 Suspension set up?

Hi,
asking in here as probably more people been and gone from the b6 section than in there at present..

Would Eibach lowering springs (45mm) and OG shocks from an 04 plate b6 S4 saloon fit a b6 1.8t Avant?

I checked on ebay with a store selling springs for my car and then changed it to the S4 and it came up as wouldn't fit :0/
What's the difference?

The spring rates would be designed to be used with the heavier S4 engine. I personally wouldn't fit them mate.

Yeah it was on ebay last month and decided that even at £100 for the set it wasn't worth the risk.
