I know it's been covered a lot, and that to fit the brakes you need ttrs discs, but after reading about on some sites, the ttrs discs seem to be prone to warping easily.
A lot of people are fitting them to golfs, using a custom bracket from AKS Motorsport. This enables you to use 340mm TTS discs, or 362mm AP discs, which seemingly have a better reputation.
Now my main question is about the fitting of the normal S3 alloys. I remember reading that they don't work with the RS3 brakes. Is that due to them catching on the back of the spokes, and does anyone know if this may be better with the custom brackets and TTS discs?
I run 10mm spacers on the front anyway. Would this help?
