Hello, i am a new proud owner of a S3 2000 APY and doing some research.
I found plenty of posts regarding sachs sre disk with oem plate.
In the near future i am looking at replacing the pressure bearing and it makes sence to renew everything in there when the gearbox is out.
But i would like to use the oem disk with SRE plate. Many threads here show that people are going for oem plate and "sporty" kind of disk..
My question , is the SRE plate bolt on to the stock DMF? Or does the plate need the SM flywheel from sachs to?
Not looking for utopic ammounts of power for the clutch to hold but wont mind a better clutch compared to the stock.

Thanks

Ok, did not find any info on it so took the risk to find out myself.
At least on the table it seems that SRE pressure plate with new OEM LUK dual mass and sachs oem clutch disk fit together nicely. Will find out if it works 100% when i get the steel shift forks and inputshaft support for 02m delivered and fitted on the car.
