hi guys need some ,i'm going to have a go at refurbing my OEM RS6's and i need to know what is the colur code for the original colour. Is the Wurths paint the right colour as i've herd the stuff you get from halford an't that clever.

yours look the right colur, any idea what it is ie colour code?

i can say 100% there is nothing wrong with halfords paint at all i use it all the time

what about wurths paint is it true its the same colour used on oem wheels?

I used paint from the dealers.
Audi Avus silver, you get a tin of base coat silver metallic, and a tin of clear lacquer.
IIRC was £11 a set.

Part number/Paint code is - LLS 0M6 Z17

Halfords 'Aluminium Silver' is very similar.

I did these with the genuine Avus colour:

Yes - I used Audi paint and lacquer on the outsides, and Halfords stuff on the insides.

yes you can go for wurth silver,it covers pretty good.any halfords silver will do the job.once you do the clear coat.take your time using a fine polishing
compound to get a decent finish.ferecla g10 or use some t-cut.only downside to aerosol lacquer is it lacks durability.
