RS6 EXHAUST VALVES (FLAPS)

Hi
I have an Rs6 c7, and when engine off the left exhaust has one of the two valves open and one closed.
Same with the right side
And when ignition one (ide), all 4 are closed.
This is normal I believe.
Can someone with more knowledge than me confirm this.
Or explain.

Not 4 valves.
