Rs3 noise low rpm

Hey all i have some question
When i drive on comfort d on high gears low rpm 1300-1700 i can feel some noise or like vibrate when i acceleration more hard
Its feel like it come from the exhaust
I think its more in the morning
Its normal?

You would be lugging the engine a bit there, drop down a gear before moving, you will like it and your engine will love you for it.
