My Nav hasn't worked right since I got the car a few weeks back. It was picking up zero satellites. I ordered a replacement FAKRA antenna as I thought this maybe the issue. So I dropped the glovebox and put the magnetised antenna above / behind it like everyone recommends, unplugged the old antenna and replaced with the new one. It's still picking up zero satellites and gives me the 'route guidance is not active' message. What have I missed? Could it be a problem with the unit? Everything else on it works fine. I'm at a loss.
