removing front speakers?

hi all,

silly question sorry, but I need to remove the front speakers (in the door cards) from my 2001 A3. Could anyone tell me where to start.. I can't even work out how to pop the cover off without marking the door card!

The door cards have to come off and the speakers get removed from behind.

there are two door card screws behind the hadle, and two at the top at either end of the door, then when these 4 are out, you can lift off the door card.
