Rear wheel bearing. Quattro

Having a bit of a humming noise from the rear of my 2.0 Quattro for the last while.
Put new tyres on and still the same so blaming wheel bearings!

How had are they to change out?
Any special tools needed or any good guides available online?

Any advice appreciated
