So I can hear the pump working, and it works for the front windscreen.

But I get no water coming out the back, even with the plastic nozzle removed. So either the pump has failed (even though it's still heard running) or there's a blockage in the hose that runs to the back, or it's become disconnected somewhere (are there joins?)

Anyone had this and
- what did you find was actually the fault
- what's the process you went through to diagnose it (easy to hard)?

You need to carefully push a small diameter wire down the feeder-tube, maybe 1mm dia - see what you have available. The feeder-tube blocks in the last few inches/cms. As with any drainage obstruction carefully push the wire down the tube and operate the pump. Take care NOT to push any obstruction further down the tube. Had the same issue recently and an easy fix, just take care....
