Q7 heater blower

Hi recently change my heater blower on my q7 2014 thinking this would resolve my issue of it not working and still have no blower any ideas?please help

Ideally a meter test to see if the blower is receiving the signal to run.

The other /old fan was working sometimes thou usually when I first started the car
