Hi all, new member here.
Just bought a 2008 Q7 after owning newer ones in the past.
The newer models streamed music from my iphone very easily and without hassle.
On the 2008 model, I have connected my phone via bluetooth and calls are no problem.
But when I try to play music, the only option under "source" on the MMI is CD, so I don't have the option to connect my phone.
I'm guessing the older models aren't equipped to play music from a phone, so my question is can I retrofit something so that I'm able to do so?
points....
1.There is a cradle for what looks like an iPhone 4 under the arm rest, and no other connections.
2.In the glove box, there are no connections
I should also mention I'm not very tech minded when it comes ot these things? :/
Thanks all
