Plasti-Dipping Front Grill...

Morning all,

I'm not a fan of the grey front grill, think it would look much better/smarter in black (Mythos black paint)
Thinking about dipping the front grill, but can't decide to what length..

Option 1: Just the grill, leaving rings and grill surround chrome
Option 2: Grill & rings
Option 3: Grill & rings & surround..

Thoughts, anyone?

I've plasti-dipped my chrome grille and wing mirrors to good effect. I just need to find time to getting around to doing the window trims now.

Very easy to do and makes a big difference!

Black on black would look good in your case, it's not high black gloss though, just to make you aware. If I were you I'd leave the rings silver

I've seen it's a matt finish, but thats better than grey at least!
Rings will stay chrome, they'll stand out nicely i think, and if i don't want the surround black it'll come off easy.

did you have to remove the bumper to get the rings off or just use a screwdriver? seen a few opinions..

Hyperlex (same as PlastiDip) do a glass black rubber paint, and more colours in general.

The black splitter changes the front end considerably imo, i like it!
