Phones that work with C6 MMI

I thought I would start a thread not as a discussion per se, but as a place where we can put posts with phones that work with the Audi MMI and potentially ones that don't rather than having to rely on all the other sites that have partial information

Now, I am also told that there are multiple different wirings for the A6 MMI so these may not work for all but if we state the age and plate we might give others a chance

Audi A6 Allroad 2007 (07 plate)

Palm Treo 750V - make and send calls, contacts will not upload, speed dials do upload

Nokia 6230i - make and send calls, last and received call lists, contacts will not upload

Nokia E65 - debatable - I couldn't get it to do anything other than make and receive calls even with the contacts upload application from Nokia. Some say it works fine.

It seems strange that you are having such issues with those phones. I'm guessing your phones have firmware issues and the Nokia E65 simply requires some additional software to be installed. Having installed over 400 Audi phone systems into everything from A2 to Q7 I can assure you that the 6230i will work 100%.

This list of phones has been tested in the EU & US with an EU or US RNS-E and phone preps. Your results may vary due to firmware issues with the phones etc. Most of these will work with the MMI phone systems as well in the A6/A8/Q7

So far paired and Hands free profiles with GSM commands for phone book, Missed/dialed/received calls etc
